Five steps to a finished enclosure.

From ordering to delivery, we take care of everything. You only decide how much you want to prepare yourself.

    Enclosure

    We order the blank enclosures you need – or you supply your own.

  2. 02

    Production file

    The machining data comes from you or from us – there are three options.

  3. 03

    Machining

    The Perforex produces holes, threads and cut-outs fully automatically, exactly according to the file.

  4. 04

    Accessories optional

    On request, we fit plinths, side panels and other accessories.

  5. 05

    Shipping

    Carefully packed – delivered to you by freight forwarder or ready for collection in Hallwang.

Reliable planning for your projects: your machined enclosures are delivered or ready for collection around two weeks after your order.

* Provided that the required enclosures and accessories are available within this period.

The production file

Three options – your choice.

The machine needs a production file for machining. Whether you create it yourself or leave the work to us is up to you.

Sit back and relax.

Send us your finished 2D panel layout – we turn it into the 3D model. Or simply tell us what you need and we will design the layout for you. We then export the drilling pattern, load it into the machine and machine your enclosure.

Option B

Your finished 3D layout

Already designing your control panels in 3D? Then send us your production data. We import it directly into the Rittal Panel Processing Center – the central software of the Perforex MT 2201 – and start machining.
